Why is there a payment required for the intake interview?
What is your Studio’s Code of Conduct?
The interview fee ensures that all applicants are serious about showing up and committed to the process. There are no refunds for missed interviews or no-shows. If you enroll, your interview payment will be applied directly toward your membership.
What is included in an Actors Play Studio membership?
Actors Play Studio offers multiple membership tiers, each designed to meet actors at different stages of their journey. Every tier includes access to training and community, with higher tiers offering additional perks such as private coaching, exclusive sessions, and professionally produced materials. Full details for each tier are outlined on the membership page so you can choose the level of support that best fits your goals.
What makes Actors Play Studio different?
It is owned, led, and operated by working, professional actors who actively coach from real-world experience. Our instructors are successful working actors who understand the current industry because they are apart of it. Everything we teach is relevant, and rooted in what actually works in the industry.
Do you offer refunds or credits?
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Why do you have classes of different levels?
No. All payments are non-refundable. This includes memberships, classes, coaching sessions, interviews, and events. No exceptions are made for no-shows. Studio credits may be issued for eligible cancellations made within the required cancellation window or if a class is rescheduled by the studio. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used before their expiration date.
Memberships renew monthly and may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Requests to pause a membership are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel by emailing the studio at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle. Once the next cycle processes, no refunds are issued.
We offer classes at different levels to ensure that every actor receives training that meets them where they are and supports their growth in a focused, intentional way.
Actors Play Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, aggression, unwanted advances, inappropriate flirtation, or unprofessional behavior of any kind. This applies on studio grounds, online, and off-site toward any member, coach, or staff. Any violation or report of will result in immediate termination of membership and revocation of access to the studio without refund.
